ARC must receive your order at least 48 hours before pickup

All paper evaluation forms (Standard, SB-389, and Expanded) issued prior to Fall 2023 are now obsolete; the Provost office expects all course evaluations (feedback) to be completed on the new Course Feedback form and has asked ARC to not accept any of the old forms.
Cover sheets have not changed.
